What in the world!!!!

When we moved to Colorado, we signed an 18 month lease on a house. We were even hoping that things with our landlord and her boyfriend would work out and we could stay put for at least a year after that. We are now 4 1/2 months into our lease, which we apparently did not read all that well, and are being kicked out. Things with our landlord and her boyfriend, whom she moved in with, are not going well and she wants her place back. SERIOUSLY!!! Who does that to their tenants....it is a little ironic though. In the past week, Kurt and I have both had conversations with people about how we like our place just OK and how we feel like we are paying too much for it. Kurt's friend was telling him, well maybe something will happen and you can get out of your lease early. Well, lo and behold, the next day is when I got a call from our landlord, while I was getting ready for church. She said she hated to do it, but that she was sending written notice and we had 30 days to get out. I realize this is most likely a blessing in disguise, it's just that it's such a pain to get moved and settled again. I feel like we were just getting to know our neighbors a little and the house was getting organized, etc. Oh well, such is life I guess. When I think about it, I get really irritated and annoyed at our landlord, but maybe we'll find something even better that will work great for us!!
Our bishop is a huge real estate guy around here and he is bound and determined to keep us in the ward, so that is a good thing. He told me that we came here for a reason and we're still here for that reason, so we was going to find us a place :)
Anyway, that's what's new with our life.....craziness!!
Here's a few pics of the house we're in for the next month :)

That is so crazy! Just be glad it didn't happen 3 weeks before the baby was due or something, right? So what are you having???!!!!!

That IS crazy! But it sounds like it might turn out to be a great blessing for you. Once you get past the whole moving part, that is.

ANNOYING. But awesome you have someone to help find you another place. I hate moving wish I were there to help (I might be Matthew says that is the place we are headed if we can't find a place in AZ!)

First of all---- CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy! How wonderful! You look amazing! Secondly-- bummer about your place, but it is such a coincidence that you had that thought about leaving early from your lease! I sure hope you find another place quickly and that the pack up is relatively easy. I do feel for you though! We are about to move into our new rental home and I'm sooooo excited, but also stressed about how challenging it is to move into a new place-- lots of work. Miss you! Good luck with it!!!

Looks like a nice house - but what a "headache" - hope you can find something fast and cheaper! How ya feeling? Do you know what you are having yet? Do this old wives tale and see if it works (worked on my 3 nieces a couple of weeks ago) - pull your bottom eye lids down, look up, and have Kurt see which eye has a "V" shaped vein. Right eye is a girl, left eye is a boy! Report back to me :)

Love the new family photo. What appears to be a big trial can actually be the greatest blessing. Maybe you won't have to pack so much since it is a local move. I feel your pain, though. It will be like Christmas whenever we start opening all of our boxes and discovering things all over again.

Nice house, too bad you have to move! But probably not really. I guess that will teach you to ask for things you migth not really want. Is that why you're mom is coming into town? That stinks... packing again after you just moved here. I'm so sorry. If you need some help let me know. I know I'm not super close, but close enough.
